Black Bean and Feta Dip

Years ago, I had a student from Birmingham. His mother gave me this recipe and I have made it LOTS of times!

1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can white corn, drained
1 pkg feta
6 green onions, chopped

Dressing:
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup sugar (I don't use this much)
dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Mix beans, corn, feta, and onions.  Mix dressing.  Pour over bean mixture and refrigerate.  Serve with fritos.
